Liked: The location is good for commuting because both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are close.
Disliked: The stuff is stubborn and refuse to speak English to me even though I'm the one paying them. My french-speaking friend had to do all the talking. They managed to mess up the booking and asked me for an expired credit card, which they had printed on some piece of paper, even though I really didn't pay from it. Then proceeded to refund the money to that card and charge me from the right one. I had to go to my credit organisation to transfer those money, because again, the card was blocked. And it also seems they are unable to use such things as computers, because otherwise they'd see the proper card in the booking and maybe also could use Booking.com's feature to confirm the booking with the code. The room is tiny, very poorly planned and not very comfy. Almost no place to put things in, but it had two balconies, very useful . Conditioner wasn't working properly. They changed towels and bedsheets every day even though there was a notice to put dirty ones in the bath, which we didn't do. So much for ecology. The location is very unsafe, being close to both rail stations and also it feels like a bit of a ghetto with a lot of shops from Turkey and Morocco. The reception was empty in a lot of cases, I had questions about things in the room and had to figure it out on my own.Lastly, they refused to cancel the booking in 10 hours after I booked it, because it's "their policy".
