Very disappointing and terrible service

Liked: The breakfast was ok but this was a deeply disappointing stay.
Disliked: We stayed as a group. I accidentally booked two extra nights because we had a number of people and then cancelled the room but the hotel refused to give me the refund and simply re-used the room. I asked them five times and sent four emails before I got a response. Though they knew it was an error they simply pocketed the $ from the mistake.
