Liked: In general, ok.
Disliked: Either you allow the guest to leave at will OR you have TRUE 24 availability on reception with someone ALWAYS there.I'm good with either, but you cannot have none!! Time is precious when you're only in Paris for a weekend, not being able to enter because they don't let you keep your card AND no one is at reception for more than 10 minutes is unacceptable.
