Liked: Handy for the Newcastle ferry and quiet overnight. Lovely view from the upgraded room over the marina from the veranda.
Disliked: I didn't have adequate information on the car access arrangements. I had to park at an expensive car park at the marina and walk back to the hotel to be told that we had to go back to the roundabout at the entrance to the strand and enter the barrier to the public car park which accesses the rear of the hotel. There did not appear to be any information on this in the booking nor was there any signage that I seen. It was an additional 15euro par day to park there.

Amazing stay

Liked: When we checked in we were told we were guest of the day, so were upgraded to a suite! Loved the large room, balcony overlooking the marina, private jacuzzi and sauna. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Parking easy. Short walk to the beach and beach bars/restaurants.
Disliked: 15 euro parking fee, for the price we paid, parking should be free.
