Liked: Fantastic neighborhood. Not far away from the city center. The breakfast was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Safe parking for the car.

Disliked: Please update the bathrooms, we have been staying here for several years and the bathrooms are now looking tired and in need of an update.

Liked: The hotel is at a beautiful location on the side of a canal. Views from the restaurant and outdoor cafe are awesome and it was wonderful to spend time there.
Disliked: The cleaning service was quite poor and we had to repeatedly ask for many things eg replacing used water bottles, replenishing tea bags, fixing our dustbin etc.. The bathroom sink was clogged and it was not fixed during our stay as technical staff had left by 4pm on Saturday and did not come in on Sunday. This was a major inconvenience. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not have dental kits or just plain toothbrushes for guests (had to walk quite a distance to Albert Heijn to get them).
