Great location!

Liked: Great location, bright room, prompt cleaning.
Disliked: A little noisy as room was on street side and beside the lift. Desk staff were friendly if a little distracted. Shower access within the bath was quite difficult as very high.

Great small and comfortable hotel...

Liked: A great location with easy access to Paris sights thanks to two Metro stations and a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The area is buzzing with cafes and restaurants yet the hotel is just slightly removed (by 2 minutes) and is quiet. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Would suit solo female travellers. I didn't have breakfast but the buffet looked to provide a good choice. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: All good!

Great location, easy stay.

Liked: Location, accommodation and value. While we didn’t stay for the breakfast, the spread looked incredible and well worth the €12.
Disliked: It was hot, but that’s just this time of year in Paris and no A/C.

Disliked: Beware: dishonest management! I booked a superior room to stay in this hotel on July 13th. Upon entering my room I realized it looked nothing like the pictures: small, hot dingy room with minimal décor. I suspected that I was given the wrong room, which was further confirmed by the room type identification on the door "Twin room". When I asked Ilyas, the receptionist to give me the room I paid for, I've been told this was the last room, but the manager will be back in a day and will issue a refund for the difference. I emailed the property asking for a refund, but have never heard back from them. I also made multiple attempts to contact them through booking.com but these attempts to connect to the manager were ignored as well. The manager was never around, and the staff always assured booking.com agents that they would pass a message on to him/her. We spent a very uncomfortable night at this hotel: the AC was almost non existent, we were hot, the safe in the room had no lock, and the room was so small it was difficult to go around the beds to get to the bathroom. Dear dishonest manager, next time have the curtesy to inform your guests that their room is not available, and let them decide if they want to stay in a downgraded room, rather then taking advantage of your guests in hopes they won't notice.

Liked: Good location, very quiet, kind staff.
Disliked: Some rooms are very small. Breakfeast is good, but the same every day and vegetables were missing..

I would recommend it without...

Liked: The location is amazing – it couldn’t be better. You can reach all major tourist attractions, including the Château de Versailles, using just one metro line. The metro station is only a 1-minute walk away, and Gare Montparnasse is just 5 minutes on foot. There are plenty of great bars, pubs, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. And it was clean enough.
Disliked: There is no smart TV. The elevator is very small, and during peak hours, you might have to wait quite a while since it can only fit about two people comfortably. It can also get a bit noisy at night due to drunk people in the area. (The sound insulation was not bad. If you close the window, you will not have much trouble)
