I will never stay there...

Disliked: I was checked into what use to be a smoking room and it was so strong of a smell I got only minutes of sleep. There was no staff working to change my room until 7am. I don’t understand why I was put into a room with a strong smell since there was only 2 cars in the parking lot therefore many open rooms. The room I moved into was ok.

I would stay there again...

Liked: The very best thing about this property was the immediate (attached - right off the lobby) location of the JPMINO COFFEE Shop. I went there at 7:00 A.M. before departure from the hotel and was amazed at how great it was. I have been in Starbucks from South Beach to the original in Seattle, and this coffee shop beat even the best Starbucks ever!
Disliked: Although the bed and bathroom were clean, the property was not well maintained.

Liked: It was the cheapest place in the city. Obviously a hotel in dire need of an update. If you just need a place for evening, it works.

The room was a biohazard

Disliked: My sister and I have done a lot of low budget traveling and certainly did not expect anything luxurious however, we expected cleanliness. The room was a biohazard. It smelled like cigarettes and feet, there was a film of grime over every single surface and there was what looked like mucus on one of the lamp shades. The microwave was covered in slime and smelled. The most startling was the toilet, which had multiple streaks of a brown substance, oozing down the outside of the toilet bowl on to the floor. The seat had urine on the underside and there was fecal matter splattered on the inside of the bowl. I had asked for a change of towels and an individual at the reception acted as if I requested something insane. In order to get through the stay, I bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself. I was embarrassed at work because I realized my clothing carried the odor of that room.

Provide batteries n working products

Liked: Mattie went out of her way to assist with our issues with the room
Disliked: Staff wasn't provided with products as needed such as batteries for the remotes.
