Liked: Horrible, horrible horrible horrible never will book again
Disliked: Overall hotel

Don’t expect a hot shower.

Liked: The room was spacious & it’s a nice building.
Disliked: There was no hot water. When I complained they asked us what room & made a note. They didn’t reduce our rate they didn’t fix it. The floor of our room was sticky.

Disliked: Attitude of some staff. Never recieved clean towels , never changed or took full trash bag . They expect me to carry trash to their dumpster . Rm was dirty . Crackers cup lids and other trash near bed . Wimdows didnt open for fresh air and more ....

Disliked: No doorknob on the bathroom door, silver towel racks were rusty, floors were fully filthy, A/C unit was disgusting and was shooting dirt out of it, the remote didn't work and the desk clerk gave me another one, that didnt work either, had to manually change the channel/volume, jacuzzi was dirty and looks like either cigarette burns or rust on the tub and hair in the shower.

Stay was great.

Liked: Location is great. Good places to get chow nearby. Leah and Megan made the stay comforting and welcoming. Thank you.
