Disliked: Room was very hot. But was very hot outside the first day of our stay, and we were in the top floor in roof space. But there was a couple of fans.

Liked: Friendly staff and helpful throughout.Spa bath was great.Bathroom was huge but no ventilation so hot.
Disliked: Hot tub in the bathroom not great, noisy and a pretty rubbish hot tub, jets poor, no air con and room was dark also when we opened French doors we could hear people downstairs in their hot tub, bed was uncomfortable and mirrior on ceiling frankly weird. Situated a little far out and taxis difficult to get on a weekend. One of the staff very kindly ran us into town one night however.

Liked: Location, facilities and staff were great.
Disliked: On arrival we were promised an added touch due to it being our anniversary which wasnt there.We also arrived to a broken door so we couldn't go straight in. The staff were prompt and on hand to fix this but just sort of got in the way of the anniversary surprise.
