Relaxing and beautiful stay.

Liked: Good location, close to the lake and activities. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Visited on the 30 degree UK weekend and there is no Air Con!

50th birthday little let down

Liked: Staff friendly. And rooms clean
Disliked: The round bed very uncomfortable and especially when ur partner is tall and legs hang over the bottom, the soap bath had only the bottom jets working and the hot tub was terrible as jets in that hardly worked either. Could for with an outdoor seating area to drink ur welcome glass of fizz not just the boiling hot conservatory

A perfect night to celebrate...

Liked: From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very warm & welcoming . We were extremely lucky and got upgraded to the amazing (tranquil room) it’s fabulous and just what we need to enjoy our anniversary. The room , hot tub & steam room were such luxury. The views were amazing and very private. Breakfast was delicious, hand delivered in the morning with full English & continental.
Disliked: I have no complaints. From start to finish it was perfect.

Disliked: Shower room had a awful musky/damp smell, shower was tiny, we were given no milk for our tea and coffee with breakfast and no spoons to eat the yoghurt with. I expected more luxury considering the price.
