Lovely and relaxing would come...

Liked: The decoration was lovely, the hot tub and sauna was a nice touch
Disliked: The sauna and hot tub are turned off till 9:30am me and my husband are awake at 7am and check out is 10:30amThe bed was a little on the hard side, I also think an upgrade may be needed on the pillows

Liked: Room was stunning with ambient lighting. Free Netflix! Breakfast ordered and served on time, hot and nothing overlooked. And hand delivered was a lovely touch. Had a great stay and sleep.
Disliked: Was a pump noise from 11.30pm that went off a few times next to the room. But stopped and never heard it after that.

Very disappointing.

Disliked: Payed £410 a night for the arcacia room on our silver anniversary. The room was old , parts of it unclean and dated . Phoned the hotel and complained .but they wasnt interested. After looking forward to this break for so long it was a big let down . It cost us £825 on booking.com. yet on the hotels website it was approx £575.a more accurate price is £100 a night .well and truly wasted our savings.
