Overall the stay was good....

Liked: We enjoyed the friendly staff. The bed was comfortable as well.
Disliked: There was no parking attached to the hotel. Had to pay for parking nearby.

It was the perfect hotel...

Liked: It was a great location. The room had a lot of functional space. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast portions were large and were so delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room temperature was not consistent - cold air during the day and some heat overnight. I had to bother the staff several times to try to make an adjustment on the main control panel. At least there was warmth at night. It was overall tolerable.

Peedect timing and all went...

Liked: Good access, clean, friendly stuff. Quiet room (2nd floor). I had some fun with floors. Entrance is located on 5th (see the picture). Ps. If you plan to stay in Apex, collect your duck :) I forgot mine!
Disliked: All good.

The hotel is lovely and...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. Great variety on the menu. Decor was nice throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I booked this hotel specifically because of the spa facilities. I booked 3 months in advance. 2 hrs before check in the hotel cancels my spa treatments as no staff available. The whole weekend was supposed to be a relaxing treat for me. Not getting my appointment ruined the entire stay.
