Very nice hotel

Liked: The hotel was ideally situated, and the staff were lovely and helpful.The bathroom was excellent and well appointed. The waffles at breakfast were fantastic.
Disliked: The room was exceptionally hot, and there was no air conditioning.The huge tv took up a lot of room on the desk/dressing table and would have been better on the wall.

Liked: Pleasant staff, convenient for the centre without being in the thick of it. Good range of food and drink. Had some vegetarian options.
Disliked: Breakfast quality could be improved a little.

Liked: Hotel inside was great. room was lovely and very clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Restaurant dinner was great food and really great staff. We had been told dont stay in Dundee, however we chose to and it was such a nice hotel.
Disliked: I asked the reception guy where was closest super market to buy some food for my baby. He pointed me to Tesco and said was a 20min walk. I got to my room - looked out the window, and there was a big beautiful M&S right outside my window. a very short walk few minutes. I have no clue why he would not have said that?? It is also such a lovely M&S.
