Exceptional

Liked: The pool, steam room, jacuzzi and the room/hotel overall.
Disliked: Wasn't keen on the restaurant as wasn't good value for money

Great with the kids loved...

Liked: Hotel was clean and central and great view of the river
Disliked: Hall way was cheaply built and one on the bars was closed

Liked: Hotel was central within walking distance of the V&A and plenty of restaurants, shopping and bars.
Disliked: The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the view. I paid extra for a room facing the water, I had stayed here before in a room facing the bridges and the water. So that is what I thought I would get. I got a room at the other side which overlooks a water park (I think) which was quite noisy during the day. So technically I got a water view but not the one I wanted.

Liked: Good breakfast menu, nice spacious rooms and bathrooms
Disliked: That hotel guests do not get any dinner and do not get any information about that at check-in. A headsup would have been nice and would have saved us a lot of time and walking finding another place for dinner.Too many emails ahead of checkin with all the add ins that can be booked. There were so many I almost canceled the night because it was just stressfull (so if the information about the dinner reservation was in one of these many emails, I def. missed it. I only read two emails of all those received).
