A good place to stay.food...

Liked: Good location. Easy to take lift to room with big cases. Clean and large room.
Disliked: Pillows a bit high. Food a bit pricey.

A comfortable stay in a...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and spacious, plus extremely clean.Breakfast also good with a lot of variety.
Disliked: Room became very hot at night if window closed, possibly not helped by the fact that the fridge inside the wardrobe gave off a lot of heat.If window left open, there was a lot of traffic noise late in the evening. Especially revving motor bikes.

Disliked: Spa area had everything you would expect from a 4 star complex but it's the staff that make it that bit better

Liked: The hotel was in a great central location.The staff were lovely, they even upgraded us to a quay view! The room was clean and lovely. Our breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Parking was no problem. All in all a great stay!
