Good Spa gateway
Liked: Great room, restaurant, spa, staff
Disliked: Window had huge stains of bird droppings, affecting the great view, when asked, been told window only gets cleaned once a week, as this is next to Quay, more frequent cleaning might be required

A great place to stay...
Liked: Great location. Our room had view over the quayside. Bed comfortable and shower great.
Disliked: We stayed on Friday and Saturday so it did get somewhat noisy while people were waiting for taxis

I will definitely return here....
Liked: Great location, hotel was lovely (nicer inside than outside) our room had a great view of the water, staff were all wonderful, amazing breakfast
Disliked: Room was very warm at night. Was thankful to have a fan but still very warm. Also, the £5 parking charge felt like a bit of a sting, especially considering that the hotel stay and breakfast wasn’t cheap.

Disliked: first of all the fridge was disgusting and not cleaned it was yellow and the shower was leaking and also dirty we weren’t told u needed to book your dinner in the hotel and at the side of building you could here loud music coming from function most of night downstairs our meal in evening wasn’t great at all. We had the haddock the haddock was too hard and the haddock itself tasted like paper we also ordered pudding and the carrot cake was really dry.
