Disliked: If the staff hadn’t asked for payment again for rooms already paid for and had not said that some breakfasts were not included despite the confirmation saying they were and if the twin rooms confirmed had actually been twin rooms it would have been so much better

Friendly staff

Liked: It was central, very friendly staff, very accommodating. Cleaners took time to help with organising the room and going the extra mile with cleaning baby bottles. Front of house staff were lovely and outgoing which made us feel at ease
Disliked: The dressing gowns had stains from previous guests
