Brilliant stay

Liked: Hotel is in a perfect location to explore bath everything is within 10 mins walking distance. Loved our stay here especially because of the nice spa facilities that include sauna steam room and pool. Personally, I felt it was better to come here for the spa rather than Thermae spa due to how busy it gets over there.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable to sleep on

Liked: The Swimming pool and spa facilities were very niceThe Room was huge and very cleanVery Comfy bed Liked the robe and slippers The Bath was huge and amazing The Shower was lovely The choice to have the room refreshed was great and offer to clean half way through my stay too was nice Got a Free duck toy which was so cute and lip conditioner and hand cream all nice touches The Chat service and room service option was great Very Attentive staff and friendly Such a great location The Air con was very good
Disliked: Doors kept slamming, not sure if this was the cleaners or other customers, but this was annoying The Swimming pool was a bit too cold for me TV doesn’t do screen mirroring / casting so not great when I wanted to relax some evenings and watch Netflix or something The breakfast was a little expensive and didn’t get that much in the cooked breakfast for the cost

Liked: What a pleasant stay. The room was clean. Everything had a thoughtful touch, from the staff to the decor. We were more than happy during our 3 day stay. It’s so close to everything, all the restaurants and bars around. 3 mins walk away from the Air Decker bus stop straight to Bristol. Would stay again for sure.
Disliked: Nothing!
