Liked: Great location near to the city centre and within easy walking distance of Bath Spa train station. We liked the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.We also liked that the cards for the room were made of wood.
Disliked: Nothing really

Another great stay

Liked: Stayed here before and wanted to return to show it off to my husband. Had a relaxing stay, loved the size of the bed and the bathroom with separate bath and shower. The room is spacious and TV is large enough to lounge on the bed and watch comfortably. The hotel even left me a little birthday note and a bar of chocolate
Disliked: Things were a bit dusty - the kettle and refreshments area and the TV.

Disliked: The noise at night from outside.

Great location for a weekend...

Liked: The hotel was lovely. We were upgraded to a family room. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and the location was great, right in the centre of the city.

perfect location for exploring the...

Liked: perfect location for exploring Bath, only snag is the lack of parking. Very comfortable bed, and large double room (big enough for one more bed, we estimated) Hotel seems well insulated from outside traffic noise.
Disliked: nothing, we have stayed here before and will return!

Wonderful stay 10/10

Liked: We celebrated my mom's birthday and decided to visit Bath for one night. I had emailed prior to request some balloons and a cake, and upon arrival, we received an upgrade to a family room which took us by a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and very comfortable, upon entering we found the balloons and the cake already staged, we were also greeted with some bath scented salts and a hotel chocolate which was a cute addition. The staff were extremely pleasant and everyone was very friendly. The price was very affordable, and we could not believe the quality of the hotel for such price. Thanks to everyone for making my mom's day special!
