Disliked: You may wish to read this before booking this hotel. I was not allowed to check in with the formulation “your ID is not good enough”. Namely, at the check in, I provided a valid passport, but after consultation with the boss, the receptionist requested “a second, North American, ID or driving license”. He also refused to accept my residence permit in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because it is still “not good enough” in his opinion. He did not respond to the question if a German ID will be “good enough” (this is information for travelers from Europe to think of). When I tried to book another hotel while sitting in the lobby, he was so kind to suggest another place nearby with a free wifi and toilet to go, instead of letting me finish that booking. Most welcome to the place!

Liked: Staff at reception very pleasant and tried to be helpful.
Disliked: The room was not impressive at all, the amenities minimum, and the price simply absurd.
