Apartment Hotel Konstanz

Very Disappointed

Liked: Rom size.
Disliked: 1. WIFI did not work or kept dropping out.2. Location was a 25 minute walk away from the old town. 3. Staff just did not seem to care. Despite complaining about the WIFI no one came to check up on us. When I checked out no one asked me ' How was your stay'. After complaining the WIFI did not improve. 4. Hotel was a constriction site - no email before telling you this was happening. Basically no one cares about you at this hotel.

Disliked: Missing items at the kitchen (frying pan, coffee maker). Check-in was not smooth. The person from the reception send us to the wrong building when we arrived.

Liked: Size of the room.Location is very good for getting to Konstanz center and the lake. Supermarkt is local to this hotelTrain Station peterhousen is the nearest.Local public transport card is provided by the hotel.

Liked: It is a nice place in a quiet part of Konstanz. Very helpful personnel.
Disliked: The double bed in a family room was not very comfortable.

Disliked: We paid for breakfast one day, it was not bad but not too much value for money.
