Worst experience ever!!!

Disliked: First of all i had to pay to make the reservation and when I came to the hotel the guy in the reception told me to pay again and he demanded to pay him only with cash even tho he had a card payment machine. The room was close to a public balcony and the room was smelling like smoke and weed from the people outside, plus none of the windows closed properly, so we could hear everything from the street. Rather than that the most traumatic thing was that we were three girls in a room and, in the middle of the night, a guy started banging our door, and kicking it with his foot trying to get in. We were so terrified and the reception was not even available so that’s why we were forced to call the police and the police also told us that this hotel is very bad. We couldn’t sleep all night and we were so afraid. Also the check out was at 11:00 and the reception was not even open yet to tell our problem and demand our money back. We tried to call them from the phone that we did the reservation and they didn’t answer and when we called them from another phone they did answer but they didn’t even helped us, he said, “write an email”. WORSE PLACE EVER!!

Disliked: There was only a broken fan in the room to help us beat the German summer so it was a bit uncomfortable and hard to sleep through the night
