Liked: Clean, free parking, spacious room
Disliked: No air con, I think we just stayed on a very hot night.

Going to a Festival or...

Liked: The staff and young boss was so very friendly and very helpful, if I had any questions they were willing to help. There is a bus stop outside the apartment very handy, and security has a very large dog like in Harry Potter, felt very safe.
Disliked: That the kettle and little goodie and snacks wasn't there for the festival as before. The fridge wasn't in the room as before but the boss very strong and kind carried in a fridge for me.

Disliked: Everything from notifications on booking to the room itself. No facilities in room, poor quality towels, room tiny, bathroom grubby including shower head not clean.Bed not comfortable fitted with poor qualty bed linen

Liked: Great parking, access to the building via code staff on site were very helpful.Rooms had everything we needed microwave fridge, tv with ccess to streaming services. Rooms very clean and comfy bed and pillows.Access to kitchen of neededCoffee machine for drinks to order Pub down the road had fantastic food
Disliked: Rooms was by smoking area so when people smoking it came in the window

Liked: The hospitality was outstanding, and Gary took care of our every whim. They have a dog, Marley, and he is a gentle giant who loves treats. We will be back next year, hopefully with more people

Liked: The bed linen was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had hot water. Also free parking.
Disliked: The room was extremely small, and it felt uncomfortably stuffy for two people to sleep. Opening the window at night wasn’t an option, as there was no security feature in place to prevent intruders, and the window also doesn’t have a venting mode, which is a significant drawback.The TV is poorly positioned — part of the screen is blocked by the curtain, making it inconvenient to watch. Additionally, the room is located directly at the entrance on the ground floor, which caused major noise issues at night. People were frequently coming in and out of the building, talking loudly, and disturbing our sleep.Overall, I believe the price for this room is highly overrated given the conditions.
