Disliked: Nothing not to like

Liked: Access to the rooms and building
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, spider webs, wooden floor moved skirting board missing uneven shower room.The room stunk on my daughters arrival was therefore moved.

Just check all logging details...

Liked: It is close to Loughborough where we came for our son graduation and could accommodate all of us
Disliked: It took me 2 hours to get the access code for one of the two rooms I bookedAnd that was nearly midnight the evening before graduationAlso the common areas were smelly

Disliked: We couldn’t get the TV to work

It serves a purpose.

Liked: Close to the airport - the staff we encountered were lovely. The bed isn’t the best bed ever, however it serves a purpose.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. If there’s anyone around you, you can hear every footstep unfortunately. We had someone behind our bed talking and coughing all night, people leaving the front door open (if left open, it beeps until it’s shut again) and as you can imagine, this kept us awake a lot of the night with people nipping in and out for a cigarette.
