Great value, welcoming and superb...

Liked: Spotless and cleanSoft drinks, water, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were in the room when we arrived. There were extras like shower gel, hand-wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cleaning products and Towels provided. Secure entrance. Staff welcoming and professional.Location is virtually next door to Waterpark, Pleasure Beach, pier and tram stop.
Disliked: No complaints

Wonderful owner, decent room.

Liked: Can't fault the owner at all, he was such a lovely gentleman, welcomed us in and explained how to use the keys and where our room was. When we were checking out our train wasnt for 2 hours but we had big heavy bags which he let us keep in the locked office. Legend.Room itself was absolutely fine. Very clean, had enough amenities and couldn't fault the facilities. Location was great too, right across from south pier near the pleasure beach.
Disliked: Can't really fault the room or the hotel. There's keypad locks on each door so we felt very secure there too.

Disliked: Complaints about children making noise, they are kids on holiday
