Excellent facilities for families, home...

Liked: Great location for activities at or near Pleasure Beach and South Pier, Eg Sandcastle water park is literally just across the road. There is a Wetherspoons for food within 100m but this does not mean there is lots of noise.Despite their being no vacancies we were not aware of noise from other guests.
Disliked: Could have done with a smart tv in living room,

Superb

Liked: Was very local to waterpark and pleasure beach. The accommodation was comfortable and clean.
