Disappointed

Liked: Location near to railway station and walking distance of city centre. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Car parking limited. Had to park in public parking facility 500mts away. Lack of staff on the evening meant one member covering reception, restaurant and bar. As a result pizza ordered took 3 attempts before it was cooked properly. First one burnt, second one still frozen in the middle, third one ok. Breakfast menu did not include alternative milk eg soya or oat.

Liked: The staff was superb in the way and manner in which I was welcomed..very nice and at the same time exceptional..
Disliked: Some channels on the TV's network could not be accessed, even the most interesting ones.
