Liked: Comfy beds & pillows, a/c worked great. Loved the convenience of the casino & casino restaurant
Disliked: Smell. Most of the hotel has some kind of odors. Elevators are a little scary too

Liked: It's a perfect location for us to stay, especially for appointments in Tucson. We get to eat, play, and rest.

Liked: Really nothing to like about this place...
Disliked: That they say it's a resort. No, Pool. The exercise room was horribly outdated, and the equipment was broken. There was no room service, and the snack bar in the casino closed early, and the workers, well, let's say they dont know to professional in and manner.

Liked: Easy to get in room, dining was excellent. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I wasn't asked if I wanted my room cleaned, as I stayed 2 nights. And it wasn't cleaned after the first night. I just assumed it would be done.

Disliked: The way the hotel front desk lady was rude. Non talkative and really monotone when speaking. Didn't mention any amenities such as breakfast options or anything about the casino.
