Clean and large rooms. Check-in...
Liked: The rooms were ready till 3:45 PM (Check-in time is 3:00 PM). Having said that, the staff was very able to handle the situation. They handled their guests humbly by explaining them situation. They also made a list of people so that guests were given rooms according to their time of arrival. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: As I mentioned earlier, the rooms were not ready 45 minutes after check-in time. This is either due to lack of cleaning staff or maybe some other reason but it is not pleasant for guests who are looking to check in at 3:00 PM.Secondly, each customer check-in over 5 minutes because the staff was checking in and printing the required documents when guests show up. In my opinion, for guests who have already paid and confirmed guests, their documents should be ready BEFORE guest arrives at the hotel. At that point, it would be a matter of under two minutes to check-in the guests.Just my two cents.

Liked: Great location and spacious room.
Disliked: The food a the restaurant, it was horrible , our food took 50 minutes to get to the table, it tested like microwave food, reheated.

Unprofessional Service Desk and Management
Disliked: We had issues regarding a request we had done through booking.com. Our request was accepted beforehand. When we arrived and made the front desk aware of it, she said she could not honor it as "they do not do that" , yet we had written proof from the accommodation accepting the exact request. She said she would ask the manager and said we'd have to wait for the manager to arrive as they were not in yet. After waiting around 30 minutes, the front desk service attendant tells us of the managers decision without allowing us to speak to the manager directly. They ended up not honoring the request, and we never got sound reasoning as to why, as the manager decided, we were not worth their time. We have done such requests through booking.com, and other accommodations have honored them or rejected them, yet here we were treated with the unprofessional matter since we were not even given the courtesy to be talked to.
