Disliked: Hated everything, didn't even stay. Disgusting.

Disappointing

Liked: I was very disappointed as we were unable to check in till 6.30 at night and we had half used tolietpaper, was not giving milk on our arrival. Pictures were very well taken to hide what the rooms truley look like, the rooms were freezing and on had 1 sheet and 1 thin over.
Disliked: It was used for emergency housing

Liked: Such a lovely wee unit. So clean, tidy and quiet considering how close it was to the road. Very impressed by the staff and the location.
Disliked: It would have been good to have a little rubbish bin.

Disliked: Mold in the bathroom. Guy tells you which bed you can use. If you don't listen he tries to charge you additional nights charge. Would not recommend

Motel was handy, a short...

It was comfortable & central...

Liked: The location was great! Very close to the centre of town (walking distance to Cathedral Square) & Margaret Mahy park. Also close to major roads, so it was easy to get to where we needed to. Rooms were quiet & peaceful. Rooms were neat & tidy & staff were very willing to assist when I was unable to get the hot plate working.
Disliked: Rooms needed some upkeep, like fixing towel rail, painting over treated mould in shower & cleaning of some upholstery, but were otherwise tidy. Be aware that hosts expect guests to wash & put away all dishes before leaving (we only found this out by a chance comment & have never come across this before). A liner in the kitchen bin would also be helpful.
