The experience was disappointing

Liked: I liked the location and the friendly staff.The bed linen was clean – I appreciated that.
Disliked: I didn’t like many things. First of all, the walls were dirty, and there was no air conditioning in the room. You could hear noise from outside even with the windows closed. It was also very noisy near the reception area when students were watching a football match.

Liked: Rooms were clean, a little stark, but functional.Located in city centre (good) so traffic and trams, and nightlife made a bit of noise.
Disliked: Nothing that the hostel can change. Street noise and trams.
