Disappointing

Liked: Luggage storage was possible for the day of check out.
Disliked: Very unhelpfull staff upon arrival, very bad check in system leaving workers and guests overwhelmed. Worst signage of floors/rooms we've ever came across, this needs to be updated asap (half of the infirmation missing)

Not my favorite, could be...

Liked: It was pretty close to the bus station for when i arrived, check in was super fast, you get clean sheets and the place is pretty big, has working elevator. Theres a roof bar which was amazing, the staff up there very nice and fun. The room has its own bathroom and theres good warm water pressure, theres soap and shampoo offered. Internet was pretty good
Disliked: I stayed in the mixed bedroom and the bathroom door wouldnt lock, i told the first day the receptionist about it and got completely ignored. Each bed has a plug in and they are mostly broken. No locks or lockers and no solutions available for valuables. The room was an actual furnace, no fans unless rented for 20 Euro but the heat is so bad most times a fan isnt enough. Theres no hiding tho because they dont have fans or AC anywhere in the hostel. There is no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom so that was a different problem and bad luck for me and who i shared with. The kitchen is weird, the fridge doesnt keep things cool and theres barely any forks or spoons, no kettle for water.

Disliked: - uncomfortable bed with "moldy"-looking niches- dirty walls and rooms in general- medium-big cockroach in the bathroom- could only open (tilt) one window -> not enough air for six people

One star because zero is...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The place was a mess, it was dirty, the bed looked like it had already been slept on and there were crumbs of food on it. I asked for clean sheets and they smelled terrible. The bedroom was very small you couldn't even open a small bag in the middle of the room because of the lack of space. The bathroom was always leaking and dirty. There were no locks to put your stuff in the lockers. The socket next to my bed did not work. Everything was a disaster.
