Superb

Liked: Big room, fresh and modern. Great check in/out system. Close to the train station and the cathedral.
Disliked: Slightly disappointed the bathroom didn’t have a bathtub as shown in the pictures but not too big of an issue. Also the TV wasn’t smart and was of course in German which was also disappointing.

Very good

Liked: Although a cheap hotel (unless it is festival time), it has always been welcoming, well situated for beer breweries and train station, clean and comfortable. Breakfast doesn't cost as much as other hotels and is filling. We try to stay here every time wecome to Cologne.
Disliked: Not much

Liked: couldn’t be better, super convenient location plus friendly stuff helping us to carry huge luggage upstair. also, free coffee and tea:)

Liked: The staff at the recption
Disliked: The cleaning guy. He knocked angrily on the door around 10.45 but must be out. This is not correct. Check out could be around the noon. This is what I know in almost every hotel
