Liked: The staff were really nice, and it's very close to the station. We stayed there because our train was cancelled and it was easy to book and check into last minute. It's fine for one night if all you need is a place to sleep.
Disliked: The room we had was far too small to be a double, could barely move. No kettle which should be a basic thing in any hotel room.

Liked: The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main train station, the Cathedral and many restaurants. The staff was simply great!! Extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate and healthy! I loved those little pancakes!! I had a room facing the front street and it got very noisy especially on a Friday night. I asked if it was possible to change to a room facing the other side of the building. Mohammed and the young lady who worked the next shift were wonderful and helpful. I had a much better sleep my last night there. Custom-service was great!
Disliked: The noise from the street -- which the hotel cannot help!! Make sure you ask for a room facing the back unless you close the windows at night facing the street side. The virtual check-in was a little cumbersome.
