Liked: The friendly staff and open spaces
Disliked: They could have made sure rooms are rightly designated based on gender and mixed, for the choice to be made when booking

You get what you pay...

Liked: Good connection to public transport and great facilities for kids to be entertained
Disliked: You get what you pay for - incredibly sparse room, communication with staff at times confusing and contradictory. I requested a cot on booking.com when I booked weeks before the trip - request went ignored. By the time I noticed this and called up the hotel to speak directly with them they said the cot was booked out for our last night with no apology for their mistake. In the end, they did not remove the cot from the room, so it must have freed up, so it wasn’t an issue - however the run up to it was not a very relaxing experience.

Terrible! Checked out after first...

Liked: Budget breakfast but ok. Not the cleanest restaurant. Not a clean hotel. Limited parking spaces at the hotel - a bigger parking garage on the other side of the road.
Disliked: This has been my worst hotel experience ever and I have stayed in much cheaper place that at least were clean. We had to check out after the first night. The first room that we got was smelly - maybe the sheets, had cobwebs, floor was damaged and bathroom/shower unkempt. Had the bedsheets changed but the smell remained. Moved to another room on the same night we checked in - the other room we got was a bit better, but the shower had not been properly cleaned. The general hotel was unclean and seemed to be struggling with maintaining its cleanliness. My kids were distressed by this lack of cleaniness of the place. We then checked out early requesting a refund. We were given an address to contact but havent heard back from them. That was 1 month ago! Zero response. Reached out to Booking.com several times and have to start the conversation from the beginning everytime.

Superb

Liked: Great budget option for the city, if you want just a place to rest at night and get a shower. It was all clean with decent equipment and facilities. Location is well within reach of several means of public transport and bike paths. Breakfast is enough if not anything special.
Disliked: Be aware that at least one side of building faces busy street - lower floors will get all the street noise with open windows. Pillows could be a bit more substantial.

Stay away!!!!

Disliked: From the very beginning, you check in yourself. The QR code doesn't work, and the staff is in no hurry to help. Checking in took about half an hour. When asked which way to the room, the answer is in the email. The staff is embarrassing. The room has no ventilation; it's terribly stuffy. One of the two windows opens, but the noise from outside is so loud that it's impossible to sleep. At breakfast, the staff asks you to show the QR code, but not the one on your phone. You have to go to the front desk to get the QR code. The staff doesn't understand Danish and speaks only English. STAY AWAY!!!
