Good

Liked: Easy check in and out, a metro station few minutes from the property, the staff were nice and there was a nice atmosphere in the hall. The room was small but relatively clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The kitchen was smelly and not very clean. The water pressure in the shower was low which was a little annoying.

Great location

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, just a 5 minute walk to the subway. The room was fairly clean. Easy check-in.
Disliked: This is my second time staying at a&o hotels and every time the bunk beds in the room are not made up. I really don't understand that you have to put the sheets on the beds yourself.

Enjoyable

Liked: The common area is really good. The staff is really nice and friendly.
Disliked: 4 bed family room was very small for 4 people, there was no space to even move around.

Disliked: one staff at the desk. as max. even when 50 people were in cue. happened many times. in 7 days we waited in total 4 hours in queue for help. smells of sewer outside the hotel. electronic card to doors stopped working several times. despite being cheap, never going back. ever.
