Good

Liked: Location is epic and really handy for a copenhagen trip, next to a park, easy to reach with the car, there's parking available (small price, you can reserve at check in). Friendly staff. Vending machines and coffee for a quick beverage and snack were available.
Disliked: The bed was bad, everytime you moved an inch the whole iron frame squeaked. And for safety: you could open the whole window on the 3rd floor, that shouldn't be possible. QR code scanner for fast check in didn't work.

Fine for a hostel, good...

Liked: I liked the location being beside metro line 3. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The beds were unnecessarily thin. Nearly fell off the bed the first night. The sheets felt so unbelievably cheap. The curtain didn’t cover the entire window, there was a lack of privacy.

Disliked: -staf is clearly overworked and some are unfriendly towards paying customers.

Not clean

Liked: Friendly staff, close to metro and bus station - good connection to city center!
Disliked: The bed sheets had holes in them, the room and bathroom smelled bad, the towels had stains, the shower was not very clean, noise from the street at night, you have to make your own bed. If you are looking to stay in Copenhagen I recommend to go with more budget to avoid this kind of places. The staff were friendly though!

Liked: I didn’t like i got very bad experience and due to that i checkout 1 day earlier and i pay for parking until my whole stay and even i didn’t receive any refund also
Disliked: The room we booked we didn’t get the room then give a room in basement and even i inform them i am feeling suffocation in that room, to switch my room but no one listen there and i called on customer care and the lady didn’t listen too and the hang up the call. I talked so nicely with her i have recording too.
