Very good

Liked: The bed are comfy and the rooms are very clean
Disliked: It is near Ostbahnhof but I wouldn't say is very connected to it or to the metro

Passable

Liked: Communal areas are great, very spacious and good menu available at the bar. Staff were very helpful with problems raised.
Disliked: Arrived to a dirty room with other peoples sheets on, hair in the bed, rubbish everywhere, clumps of hair in the shower and a blocked drain, no toilet paper etc. The rooms are also absolutely boiling and there is no air con.

Disliked: The bed was so awkward, we booked a double bed for a couple but it was two separate beds with two separate mattresses next to each other. The noise from backyard was insane until 3 to 4 am people were playing and screaming
