Disliked: The reception should respect the bookings - if we do book for 6 beds dorm then put the person on a 6 beds dorm and not 4. It would also be nice to apply some rules in the building at certain hours with all teens smashing doors during 2h, screaming and running through corridors.

Disliked: Today I stayed in a dormitory at a hotel called A&O. At 5:30 in the morning, 2 people entered the room. They said they had stayed in my bed before. While I was trying to understand the situation, they suddenly wanted to steal my money and phone. They pulled a knife on me and threatened me. I went to the reception and talked to them, security came. They took the thieves out. I was given another room. I went to the room and there was someone else sleeping in my bed. I didn't want to stay anymore. And I checked out. Today I experienced terrible things in this hotel. My psychology was damaged and I was scared. I want precautions to be taken for this. After this incident, I left the hotel and I couldn't sleep. All my sleep was forbidden.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was very small, much smaller than in the pictures. I expected at least one place to store my luggage. The bathroom was horribly small.
