Not a good experience

Liked: Good location, this was the only good thing from this place
Disliked: The picture from booking with the rooms are not the real ones. In reality the rooms are extremly small (the twin room), also the toilets are extremly tiny, I think not even on a boat the toilets are so so small. As a slim person I had to use the toilet with the door open, because there was no space.Also the room had a super weird and creepy decor. It felt like a dark, creepy, teenager room. Also the matress and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The matress was just some foam, the cheapest one you could find in a sleeping store. I had a very bad sleep.Also because the windows can t open full, they were locked, you couldn t close them fully and you could hear all the noise from the outisde.Also the overall feeling from this hotel/hostel is more a very woke student accomodation, because the place is full of kids, tennagers, drunk people, especially in the lobby. After 18:00, the place is so full you can t even find a place to sit. Also the lobby is always dirty, sticky and smells like a canteen. Also the stuff is not well trained, everyone seemed mean and unpolite, they couldn t help with any small request.
