Great location, but the discomfort...

Liked: The 4-bed room was very spacious, providing plenty of room. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to our planned event, find food, and enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants. Additionally, the blackout curtains were a great touch, allowing us to sleep in comfortably despite the less-than-ideal beds.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortably hard, with only one having a topper to make it somewhat more comfortable. Upon check-in (I had requested early check-in), the bathroom floor was still wet from being cleaned, which was unpleasant. The room itself was extremely dark even with the lights on, making it nearly impossible to get ready for our event. To make matters worse, on the second morning of our stay, the water stopped working entirely for five hours, meaning we couldn’t shower or use the restroom. Overall, I would not book here again unless it were an absolute last resort.

Liked: The location is very good and it was easy to find. The rooms were clean and tidy.
Disliked: The self check in machines are a waste of time and not the service you expect when arriving at a hostel.The staff were not often by the front desk so it took a long time for anyone to notice you which was annoying.The bed numbers in the room became all mixed up as people had not been told their specific number when checking in and it was not made obvious.The ladders for the bunk beds were awful, the groove was painful on the feet every time you would use them. The pillows were horrendous and not comfortable at all, very flat.
