Good stay - great place...

Liked: The lobby was great
Disliked: There was no elevator

Crash pad for skiing

Liked: The location is great - close to town, very close to airport shuttle, and pretty close to ski shuttle stop. That's honestly about all I can say positively. It's a cute looking hotel with a cute lobby and that's about it. The hotel restaurant Glorietta is great too!
Disliked: The beds were extremely uncomfortable which is terrible when you're trying to recover from skiing. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything - that means every morning you are awaken by stomping ski boots. The coffee is terrible, we just stopped drinking it and went out to purchase coffee. They were short-staffed so rooms couldn't be turned over our last day. The lobby closes at 10pm so there is nowhere to lounge and hang out with your friends by the fire after dinner.

Great hotel for a mountain...

Liked: The hotel is very charming and in a great location in Jackson. Walking distance to many restaurants & shops. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like.

Do not use the goodies...

Liked: The property needs some weed abatement and cleaning up in the back. It was overgrown and unkempt. The rooms need some cleaning detailing: shelves, light bulbs, curtains...patches in throw rugs were a trip hazard.
Disliked: Dusty!

Liked: Location was outstanding.
Disliked: We had a room on the first floor, 201, there was a guest staying upstairs above us that had cowboy boots on go in and out of the hotel all night. We finally were able to fall asleep about 2 am when he took his boots off and went to sleep. It was the most expensive room we stayed in and the least satisfied with it. Room remodels are needed from bathrooms to bedding.

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: Nice accommodations. Liked the old-timey feel of the place. Proximity to the rest of town & nearby attractions was appreciated.
Disliked: Very few parking spaces available. Floor had a "hiccup" in one spot that made it difficult to walk for a person with problem feet (uneven).
