I would recommend this place.

Liked: We stayed there by chance. We had booked a room elsewhere which wasn't fit for purpose. It was clean with friendly staff and a very comfortable bed
Disliked: Only thing we thought could be clearer, was the fact breakfast was extra.

Good location for Wimbledon. Basic...

Liked: The location. It had parking. The rooms are basic and dated but ok for a short stay.
Disliked: Pre communication with the staff was a bit challenging and not very helpful. Just sending standard responses. On arrival, the welcome was not enthusiastic. Need to be a bit more interested in the customer. The bar was shut at 10.30. I was expecting the bar to be open as it’s a hotel.
