Do not be fooled...

Liked: The courtyard is beautiful and the location is good for accessing the area around Barrio Antiguo on foot.
Disliked: The hotel is right next to the main expressway and the roar of engines and vibration from trucks was extremely bothering to the point that we had to find a new hotel after one night. Additionally, the room did not look nearly as nice as the posted pictures, there were stains and hair on the bed sheets and the facilities were non-existent (not even a water cooker or clothes hangers).

Don't walk into this trap

Liked: The lady who did the housekeeping was lovely
Disliked: The place is a bit of a scam.. Can't quite believe Booking let's them get away with it. I booked Antique because of the fairly high user rating and the pictures shown on Booking.com which got me quite excited. I did not have the time to go through all the customer reviews when I made the booking. When the taxi dropped me in front of the "hotel" i first thought i must have made a mistake. I was standing at a corner where a small street hits the highway in front of a dilapidated building. There was a hotel sign in front but it was timeworn and in disrepair. I was convinced the place was abandoned. I then saw a written announcement behind the metal bars of the entrance gate that asked to call a number. I called, someone came to let me in and bring me to my room. The room was spacious and clean that's all i can say in its favour. Even though i had specified in my search on Booking that i wanted a private bathroom, there was only one bathroom that was shared among all guests. All in all nothing about the room or the place in general looked like the pictures online. Every aspect of it was loveless, shabby and ramshackle. To call this place a hotel or even a boutique hotel is a joke.The only reason I give it a 2 instead of a 1 is because the images I saw in the Google map review section were even worse than what I saw myself, they must have done some minor repairs since then
