Antioch Hotel & Suites

Spacious, quiet, and convenient.

Liked: Great location. The Bar and outside seating area was perfect. The bartender, Ash, was very personable and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Even though there were weddings and a reunioun on the same night as our stay, the guests were very respectful and we still had a quiet night from inside our room and would never know. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I would absolutely stay again.
Disliked: Beds are quite firm, but that's just a preference. They were still clean and spacious. The microwave in our room wasn't working but we were able to heat food in the lobby so it was fine. It was reported and I'm sure it will be taken care of.

Disliked: We had issues with the key and it was short staffed.

Disliked: Pool waterfall stones are falling apart. Some cleaning issues: under beds not cleaned.

Liked: Location was perfect. I did not have the breakfast.
Disliked: The climate control system did not work very well. For some reason, the vent was shielded, preventing cool air from flowing through the room properly.There was no shower mat for the tub. I could have easily slipped and fell.Booking.com was useless. I tried to pay when I made the reservation and my card was charged twice, but I STILL had to pay on-site. Thankfully, the two previous charges were later removed.

Liked: Furniture was very worn. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. No hot breakfast during the week. Easy to park. Quiet.
