Disliked: Dirty, stepped over old mattresses and trash to get the ice machine.

Liked: When we requested to be on the ground floor, they tried their best to find one.
Disliked: The room needs renovation, or at the very least, it should be cleaned and sanitized more thoroughly.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the room at all.
Disliked: The air filters were dirty, and we booked a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The curtains were torn.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Our room hadn't been used in awhile. It needed to be freshened up but was not. Asked for extra towels didn't receive them. They rented the room above us on our 2nd night. When they took a shower.. water leaked thru the exhaust fan onto our bathroom floor.
