Disliked: Very Noisy area with the window open till1am or more, but host is not keen on you turning on the aircon for long periods. The room is very hot even with the aircon. Bathroom is really hot. No ability to make yourself a tea in the afternoonMini bar not really needed and it makes more heatOn level 3, host is not keen you on using the small elevator as it disturbs neighbours

Liked: My wife and I travel Europe frequently. Our host Augustino was the most accommodating and gracious host we've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He served delicious food and provided tasty recommendations on restaurants. He also helped with taxis and transfers.We watched as he helped us and other guests with command of numerous languages while being warm and attentive.The accommodations are steeped in history with charm and character not always accessible in the modern world. Lots of history and character. Augustino is a national treasure, as is his establishment.
