Liked: Great location for central Milan. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Smart and contemporary decor.
Disliked: No lounge area.

Delightful stay in Milano.

Liked: The hotel is close to everything. You can walk to all of the sites and shopping and restaurants are very near by. We felt safe walking in the evening. The rooms are very large and the room was clean. The towel heater was a special bonus. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much.
Disliked: The only improvement would be in the mattresses. They were so firm that we had to turn multiple times each night because of the stiffness of the mattress. I think the issue could be remedied with a mattress topper which is a bit softer.
