I’ll stay here again -...

Liked: The frond desk ladies were exceptionally accommodating. I also loved my room / it has a beautiful terrace and is immaculate. The location is unbearable - a short walk to all of the interesting sights I wanted to and got to see in my 24-hour visit.

Ill stay here again - top notch service and location.

Liked: Large room with plenty of space and very quiet. A lot of charm.
Disliked: Not many outlets in the room for charging a phone. Reception wasnt obvious.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in...

Liked: Clean. Modern but very authentic to the culture. Quiet in the middle of the city centre.
Disliked: Elevator does not go down to ground floor actually. The elevator is really small so could not fit our American stroller in there but that is not big deal. The hotel was kind enough to keep it in the lobby.

If location is the most important thing then this hotel is ideal although the facilities are limited

Liked: location was 10/10 close to city centre but off the main streets - the bedroom was large and bright with french windows on 2 sides. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on reception who seemed to know Milan inside out.
Disliked: Considering we booked a suite the bathroom was tiny without a bath which was disappointing, the wardrope space was totally inadequate and we ended up leaving a lot of stuff unpacked.
