Liked: The location is excellent in a great position and the staff are so helpful with any problems do cannot recommend them enough
Disliked: Feel like some of the bathrooms need updated realise that it is an old building that as restrictions manager could have been more accommodating no interaction

Liked: Excellent location, staff etc all good .. was able to have a room with walk in shower
Disliked: I knew there was no lift and it wasn’t a big problem but guests must be aware it is an old property and there are a number of steps. I have some mobility issues but was able to manage ok, anyone with more difficulty getting around might not.
