Fantastic little hotel

Liked: The location is absolutely fantastic and there was plenty of secure parking at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our family room was very spacious (two bedrooms) with a lovely view.

Liked: Clean, felt new, nice greeting in reception, handy parking. A bit on the simple side, but that was also nice. Room had everything we needed to sleep and shower, and it was what we expected. Nice walking distance to town.

Liked: Not much to like. Some of the workers were nice.
Disliked: Bad experience.Booked a comfort room for my family.There is no comfort in the traffic noise and exhaust gas from the cars passing just below the window.All of that while it's 30 degrees in the room and there is no cooling option other than opening the windows.Room was just next to the storage room of cleaning supplies I think because in the morning there was a lot of noise form the corridor.Upon booking I was asked for the children's age (1 year) and still they considered this room is fine. I don't understand who makes these decisions and on what criteria.Also the room was the furthest from the elevator which is a long way to carry a baby and bags.
