Disliked: That day was rain too much and the water get in side for the window, I was puting towels en the floor.

Liked: Numerous restaurants were within walking distance, making the location ideal. It was a good-sized room.
Disliked: The bathroom towels were old and stained, the room was not very clean, and water would leak out of the bathroom when you were taking a shower.

Liked: If you have a convention/expo to attend at Cintermex, the hotel is just in front of the venue, so no need to spend money on transportation, and even it has a pedestrian bridge to cross over the avenue, unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible, so if you need to use wheelchair, you might need to use the crossing at street level, which it's risky.If you didn't have an expo to attend, Cintermex is part of Fundidora Park, which is a main attraction in the city so you are not only close to a convention center, but also to the Park itself.
Disliked: The water was leaking from the shower area, due to the glass that separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom was not properly sealed, so all the splashed water from taking a shower was leaking outside up to the room's door.
