Comfy, friendly, good experience.

Liked: Breakfast had many options, also much without sweetness or sugar.Check-In and Check-Out (especially Nicola) was very good and friendly.Room was quiet und and the extra little area for clothing was practical. Parking was super easy in front of the building.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at C-hotels Rubens. We felt really welcomed and they helped acommodate our every request. We had to leave our car after the check out and they were happy to keep our parking spot free of charge. The room was cleaned daily and it was sound proof, so we were able to rest very well. We got a room upgrade and complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Many thanks to Alex, Nicola and Jenny. You are amazing and you made us feel like home. We will definitely return and we recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to have a great stay in Milano :)

Liked: The hotel is beautifully designed and very clean!What truly made our experience awesome was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and it was amazing how many languages they could speak.Nicola at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (he recommended us some great restaurants to try and places to visit). He really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alex, who is Romanian (which was such a pleasant surprise!). Sarah was also wonderful and very helpful! Even the housekeeping staff made an effort to communicate in English, which we really appreciated.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with genuine hospitality and staff who truly care about their guests. We'll certainly be back!
