Liked: Warm and very kind staff, cozy room, new infrastructure, nice service, etc. Very nice hotel.
Disliked: Although it’s near the subway station, but the outside street environment I would say it’s ok but not perfect. But considering the price is very worthy already.

Liked: Nicola's service was impeccable - even some Dutch words! We were able to park and charge our car using the valet parking. The welcome drink with snacks made by kind Francesco was very nice and welcoming. The location is great - one metro closebg te go to the center. We got a room upgrade making our stay even more comfortable. When we left we got two complementary bottles of water for the road. Thanks for a great stay!
Disliked: The breakfast offered a lot of choice, but was not very tasty.

Lovely stay at C-hotel Ruben

Liked: The location and the helpful team. Alex, Sally and especially Nicola made were all very helpful and welcoming. Francesco at the bar was very helpful too. Breakfast was plentiful. The Metro is about 3 minutes walk and Duomo is six stops away.
