Liked: good price-value, near to metro station, parking space available, welcome drink, spacious room
Disliked: bed is a bit "strange", built on wheels

Liked: Our room was upgraded free of charge and the breakfast we had which was brilliant was also discounted.We were also given a free welcoming drink voucher upon arrival

Extremely poor hygiene, Sperm stains,...

Liked: The location was convenient and the staff at reception were polite when approached.
Disliked: I was moved through three different rooms and each was filthy. The first was boiling due to broken AC. The second had pubic hair, visible stains, and dead insects. The third was freezing from AC that could not be adjusted and again unclean. I sent photos and was given 150 euro cash, but the manager also asked me several times not to report this to Booking or leave a review.

Liked: Everything was great. Jenny at the reception was at our service and did everything to make our stay perfect. Thank You Jenny. :)Hotel is clean, breakfast was great. Parking is great.

Great hotel for exploring Milan

Liked: The staff were lovely and so helpful. Francisco in the bar was great and took good care of us.The hotel is located close to the metro station and it’s a 20min ride into the centre.When we arrived, there was fresh cake and drinks available in the bar for free. Perfect after a long drive!

Liked: Great hotel with an excellent location, close to public transport. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Jenny and the other staff members are very kind and helpful. The parking is a big plus.
