Liked: Great location and staff super friendly! Rooms were good and bed super comfortable. Very nice touches like a free welcome drink and a nice welcome note.Francesco the barman was great!Hotel also has a gym!

An excellent hotel within walking...

Excellent hotel with great facilities.

Liked: Great property on the outskirts of Milan centre. Great for the San Siro, can be walked in 30 mins.Gambara Metro underground station 5 min walk away which gets you all the connections you need for the whole city. There are enough bars and restaurants within the locality. Hotel provides good hot and cold buffet breakfasts with loads of choice. Very clean rooms and facilities with friendly staff.
Disliked: Bar closed early at 23.00.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff...

Liked: Service quality was amazing. We interacted Nicola, Francesco, Simona, the Bell-guys who helped with luggage and car park and the wonderful ladies at breakfast and everyone always very helpful, pleasant and did their best. It was peak of heat wave and we even got a fan to supplement air con in case needed.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything

My best stay in Milan

Liked: I am impressed by the service, the attitude of the staff, Zheni, Alex. There was a welcome compliment and another one upon check-out. The breakfast was phenomenal, rich, varied and delicious, which will satisfy every taste and requirement. The bed was big size, the bathroom was clean, and the room was wide and spacious. I will gladly come back again and again every next time. Thank you!

Liked: EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! It was the best experience with a hotel I ever had to date! The location is in a nice family friendly and quiet suburb area close to the city centre and one minute walk from the Gambara metro station, line 1 or red line. The staff were amazing! Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly. Such professionals! Jenny was marvellous. She welcomed us and informed us about everything we need to know. Due to availability they also upgraded us in a junior suite! The room was very big with nice decor, a large bathroom fully equipped, a mini fridge, a closet room and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast we choose to have was the best choice. It had a buffet with everything you can find. In addition for not taking the welcome drink down at the bar the charges us only one person for the breakfast of our one night stay. The cleaning lady that we cross by two times always greeted and smiled at us. Excellent choice! Whenever I go back to Milan that’s the only place I’ll stay. I totally recommend it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality!!
