Liked: The Hotel was great!!!!The staff behind the front desk were very helpful. The barman Francesco was friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast was excellent, food was always fresh!
Disliked: Just one thing could be improved, having english translations to the food labels on the breakfast table!

Liked: Nicely decorated and very clean hotel. Although our room was small, it was really cozy, with a comfortable bed. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is not central, but the metro station is just a few minutes walk away, and other public transportation is also available. The price-quality ratio is good, so we would choose this hotel again :)
Disliked: Sound insulation could be better, you can hear traffic from the street (windows closed).

Rubens Hotel in Milan My...
Liked: Rubens is a very clean hotel in a semi-residential neighborhood. It is a couple of blocks from the popular streets. It is not in a tourist area of town which makes a lot of things more accessible and local. The hotel pictures on the Booking.com are under rated in my opinion. The rooms and facilities are nicer than the photos. We traveled in the beginning of May and the nightly rates were very reasonable. We were skeptical at first when we booked the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised as to how good this hotel is. The front desk staff are superb, very courteous and go out of their way to help you out.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was tthe tramway noise that would passby on the Ruben street. If you want to avoid that, ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. It didn't bother us as much.
